: Why does login information expire?

The login information stored in your browser for your message board account can expire if you switch between multiple message boards hosted by Website Toolbox.

Why does this happen?

When you login to your message board, a cookie or small text file is stored in your browser containing your username and encrypted password. That information is used to keep you logged into the system while you browse the message board. However, since only one cookie with the same name can be stored per domain name, you cannot store the login information for two separate Website Toolbox message board accounts. Therefore, when switching between multiple message board accounts, the cookie needs to be replaced with the username and password of the account you are switching to.

How can I avoid logging in each time I switch between my message board accounts?

You can avoid the login expiration message by using the same username and password for all of your Website Toolbox message board accounts.

The system will recognize that the username and password is the same and it will automatically log you into the message board you are switcing to.
