: Resetting the votes of a poll

Simply setting the vote counts for responses within a poll to zero will not reset the votes because the IP addresses of voters are still logged in the system if multiple voting is turned off.

You can correctly reset the votes for a poll by following the directions below:

1. Login to your Website Toolbox account.
2. Click the Manage Polls link.
3. Click the Manage link next to the poll you would like to reset.
4. Click the Reset Votes option.
