Your message board members or visitors do not have to pay Website Toolbox any fees. Your visitors can use your message board for free.

Please note that it is your choice if you would like to bill your visitors yourself. For example, some message board owners choose to require their visitors to pay a membership fee for access to the message board. However, that would need to be done using your own methods because Website Toolbox does not provide any feature for accomplishing that automatically.
