Unfortunately no Comments: Hello Levon, "The Last Waltz" was shown recently in my area; during conversation with my bandmates I discovered I was playing with someone in your past. If we ever met I was too young to remember, but my Dad (Bubba Stewart) talked about you often before he left us in 04'. I live in Tupelo,MS and at this time I don't see the tour coming this far South. If you ever get around this area, and you have time, I'd like to meet you before one of us leave here. Keep on keepin brother.
State/Country New York Have you been to a Ramble? Yes Comments: I was lucky enough to see the Ramble on May 10th. It was all and more than I anticipated but what I found touching was when Mr. Helm thanked us all for coming. He made a point to thank the two young boys who were in front, wide eyed, enjoying the show. I could'nt help but think Levon was remembering the youngster who sat eating doughnuts, wide eyed, watching Peck Curtis. Yes Mr. Helm they felt what you felt then. God bless you.

State/Country Drexel Hill, PA Have you been to a Ramble? Unfortunately, no Comments: I just have to say that every time "The Last Waltz" comes on cable, I have to watch at least a song or two. I was not very familiar with "The Band" as a kid, only knowing their popular hits, but that concert film is about the best performance I have ever seen. I'm glad to see Mr. Helm is able to sing after his bout with cancer, his voice sounds great, and I wish him the best.
State/Country New Jersey/USA Have you been to a Ramble? Yes Comments: Last night my little brother, father, friends,and I attended our first Ramble. We got the opportunity to sit in the front row, and it blew us away. It was by far the best concert I've ever been to, if not the best experience I've ever had. From the great, genuine people there to the incredible music, it was a night we will not forget. We will definitely be attending another Ramble in the near future.

Comments: levon and band : i have a thought .....my thought is this maybe in the near future you might think about maybe doing a concert simular to like a live aid type concert in which the money would all or mostly go to people , and or company's that feed , and shelter the homeless ? you could get other musicians that you've worked with in the past if thier willing , and able to be there. like my bob dylan , or ronnie hawkins... p.s. well i guess i'll let you go for now i hope all is well with you , and the band , and everyone who work with you , and also to all people who visit this site , and or sign the guest book bye bye for now ... daena was here today...
