Tail Number: motor glider 5021

Aircraft Type: motor glider

Nature of the Incident: low flying over Aldasoro

Phone Number: 970-729-1376

Comments:
Please remind the motor glider of the "good neighbor" policy regarding noise and altitude over Aldasoro subdivision. Nothing personal to Glider Bob, but the numerous low altitude (under 500' above my house) motored operations thru-out the day get old, and are contrary to the published flight protocol.
I enjoy the glider, have been up in it myself, but please limit the low-altitude motored operations over Aldasoro.
Thank you.

Aircraft Type: Great Lakes flight

Nature of the Incident: Low Altitude/ ? use of runway 27

Follow-up action taken by Airport Manager (if required): Will contact Great Lakes

Phone Number: 970-708-0927

Comments:
Great Lakes came in at about 7:25 P.M. Using runway 27 in calm clear conditions. Altitude above 303 Wagner Way in West Meadows was about 200 Ft. Can you please ask the pilots to use a higher approach altitude and runway 09 if conditions permit. I know they can because sometimes they actually come in at a correct altitude.
Thanks

Date: 7/8/11

Time: 11:25 AM

Tail Number: Great Lakes scheduled flight

Nature of the Incident: AWOS reported winds 1-4

Action Taken: filed website complaint

Phone Number: 970-708-9588

Comments:
Both the regularly scheduled and unscheduled Great Lakes flights this morning landed from the East with low winds reported by AWOS. This is a breech of your noise abatement procedures.
I noticed at the end of the AWOS report there was a statement that said "Please be a good neighbor and follow all noise abatement procedures." I suspect many pilots don't know these procedures. Therefore,
I would recommend adding this phrase after the word "procedures"..."which recommend runway 09 in low wind conditions."

I spoke with Mr. Nuttall about this suggestion.
Sincerely,
Judy Ingalls MD

Aircraft Type: twin prop canard wing (Piaggio P18???)

Nature of the Incident: Dead calm at Last Dollar PUD aircraft flew directly over at low altitude approach from the east

Phone Number: 728-3670

Comments:
This is one of the loudest prop aircraft that lands at TRA. Today's landing from the east is not the first time I have observed this airplane landing from the east in dead calm conditions.

Beech 1900 landed runway 27. AWOS reported wind 240 at 3. Does anyone really read these things? Does anyone do anything about the violations? I thought not.
