Date: July 9, 2006 Time: 9 AM Aircraft Type: helicopter Nature of the Incident: early morning fly-overs Follow-up action taken by Airport Manager (if required): This aircraft did not land or take-off from the Telluride Airport. This was an aircraft hired by a private resident. Complaint should be forwarded to San Miguel County. Phone Number: 728-0519 Comments: I live in Mountain Village, adjacent to the Meadows, which is the most populated residential area of MV. In the early morning on July 4th, around 3AM, a helicopter woke me by flying over my home at least 2 times. Besides this incident being annoying, I think this has to be dangerous flying at night and over residential areas. I am hoping that the airport board can address this issue. Please let me know how the board/airport management decides to proceed in this matter. Thank you, Jenny Delves
