Aircraft Type: Gulfstream II

Nature of the Incident: Low overflight of Mtn. Village

Follow-up action taken by Airport Manager (if required): Spoke to P-I-C who stated that they had a loss of 1000 feet due to strong wind gusts, that also pushed them east of the required ground track for the base turn to RW 27.

Phone Number: 728-5045

Comments:
Observed a low overflight east of Hwy 145 of a large corporate jet. I phoned the FBO to ask the pilot to call me so that we could discuss it. He did finally call back and explained the loss of altitude due to gusty conditions. He was very apologetic and assured me it would not occur again, and that he has reviewed the noise abatement procedures on the website.

While on the golf course, I heard and saw a low flying aircraft turning base at a very low altitude and too far east. I called the airport and asked to speak with the pilot. He did not call back, so I called again this morning, June 26th, and am awaiting a return call.

Low flying (obviously loud) helicopter circled property repeatedly from about 11:03 am to 11:13 am. Property located at 115 Francisco Way, Telluride, CO. Aircraft Type: helicopter

Nature of the Incident: early morning fly-overs

Follow-up action taken by Airport Manager (if required): This aircraft did not land or take-off from the Telluride Airport. This was an aircraft hired by a private resident. Complaint should be forwarded to San Miguel County.

Phone Number: 728-0519

Comments:
I live in Mountain Village, adjacent to the Meadows, which is the most populated residential area of MV.
In the early morning on July 4th, around 3AM, a helicopter woke me by flying over my home at least 2 times. Besides this incident being annoying, I think this has to be dangerous flying at night and over residential areas. I am hoping that the airport board can address this issue. Please let me know how the board/airport management decides to proceed in this matter.
Thank you,
Jenny Delves
