Reading about your patch, I noticed Eliot Ness is spelt wrong. Also, The Thompson 45 submachine gun was created for world war I. The first shipment was sent out on the same day the war ended. Later Law Enforcement became a buyer of the weapon, along with the gangsters. From the prospective of someone looking at your website, these inconsistencies take away from the professionalism and excellence your website states. It looks like you didn't put to much into putting your club together. You mention a whole bunch of great attributes and such in words, but you actions seem to be failing. I think correcting this will give your words and such more validity. Suffolk County, Long Island, New York Club affiliation IRON CREW MC Comments: The IRON CREW MC was well represented at the 1st Annual New York City Metro Motor Skills Competition held at Floyd Bennett Field in Brooklyn this past Saturday. IRON CREW MC Long Island NY Regional Crew Members John, Don, Mike and myself attended along with IRON CREW MC Massachusetts Chapter Members Pipes and Zim. Competing at the Expert Police Level were representatives from NYPD, Nassau PD, Suffolk County Sheriff's Office, MTA PD, Stamford (CT) PD and McHenry County (IL) Sheriff's Office along with many retired Motor Officers from around the Country. Congrats go out to Deputy Ben Wolfe from the McHenry County Sheriff's Office for taking 1st Place! Thank You goes out to Gerard from New Hyde Park NY for organizing such a great event. A Special Thank You goes out to Doug and Larry from the Midwest Police Motor Officer Training School from Troy Michigan for traveling to New York to supervise the competition. This weekend marks the first of many consecutive events to be hosted by these great people. Next year we hope to have several IRON CREW MC Members competing at the Expert Police Level.
