Bass Club Wanting to create one

Hi Fellow Bass Fisherman,
I am at a point where I am wanting to start a Kick Boat/Tube Bass Club here in Utah and looking for information to help me get things started. I would also like participate in one of your events, if that is allowable. I would like to know if the Bass Federation recognizes these style of clubs and events.

Enjoy your site. Just moved to Arizona in May of 2007.
There are a lot of "electric only" lakes around Prescott Valley, AZ and I would like to buy/make a tube boat and start a bass club here.
