Comments: I just wanted to write you and thank you from the bottom of this Navy Mom's ♥ My son just received packages from you (through my niece who is a school teacher) and he received four 50lb boxes. That was AWESOME! The guys in his unit (who do not receive packages from home) were ecstatic. Whenever I mail packages of "goodies" to my son I always make sure that enough is sent for all the guys in his division. Needless to say, there are a large group of Sailors who are VERY, VERY happy right now because of you and will have a wonderful Christmas. I have organized many a fundraising program to raise supplies for our troops and nothing comes even close to this. Thank you so much. God Bless for what you are doing and I would love to know about local arenas for your site. A friend of mine and I started M♥O♥M♥S (acronym for "Mothers Offering Military Support"). I put on entertainment shows to raise supplies. The last show I put on raised nearly 60 boxes of supplies (which for us was awesome). My son has never been the recipient of any of the shows that I put on. His items came from his father and I personally (never wanted it to appear prejudicial). However, these packages that he received today were phenomenal and I am a firm believer that you do good for others and it will come back at you. Well, it did and I thank you for that. Raising supplies is not the problem. The hardest problem is the mailing of those packages, as there are only 2-3 mothers involved, it tends to get quite expensive to mail these packages. However, if there was a place that I could drop off the supplies locally I could easily assist with the donation of supplies. I have included my email address above (privately), please let me know if there is any assistance I could give. God Bless for what you are doing ♥ UNTIL THEY ALL COME HOME ♥ SAFELY ♥

Comments: OnSight Support and affiliates, Being overseas for this holiday season is for many of us the first time. In thinking of the holidays with having our military families around us rather than our traditional ones back home, it is a unique thing, yet care packages and the little things have big positive impacts. Being reminded that people other than our families do still care about us over here is aweing to me at least, and reminds me of why we're here. Thank you. Happy holidays. Rough Riders Iraq

Comments: To everyone at OnSight Support: I would like to extend my sincerest appreciation for the two boxes you sent out to my team in Bagram, Afghanistan. Knowing that there are folks at home supporting you goes a long way when the days get long. You will never truely know how much what you do means to people like me. Though I grew up in Amityville, it has been quite some time since I have been home for an extended period of time. It is very comforting to know that the friends, family and neighbors that I left some years ago still think of me and those that I work with. Again my most sincere thanks! Happy belated Veteran's Day and have a wonderful Thanksgiving! V/r, Capt Danielle Thomas USMC
