Comments: We stayed in your home during spring break 2011. It was a very nice home with lots of room and plenty to do for our 4 youngsters. We loved the convenience of the local WalMart supercenter only a couple blocks away and all the Disney attractions within 10 min. from the home. We all felt very safe and secure in the neighborhood and had no loud noises from any of our neighbors. My only complaint was that they advertised 2 King rooms but upon arrival there was only one King bed. We would definetely stay in this beautiful home again if ever in the Florida area again. Thanks so much Mark and Lynda!!
Comments: We stayed in Lynda's Lodge (the Meyrick's other property) last June fo a week and it was wonderful. We had plenty of room and really enjoyed the game room and pool. This was the first time for us staying in a house instead of a hotel but it won't be the last. We are already planning on staying in one ofthe Meyrick's houses again this summer. I highly recommend it!!!
Comments: nov 2008 The villa was beautiful- especially the finishing touches, and we really couldn't think of anything that we needed that wasn't in the villa. The villa is exactly as you see it in the virtual tour- however, the bed in the master bedroom was HUGE!!!! The hot tub was fantastic at the end of a long day. The villa was in a good central location for all of the parks etc.
Comments: This villa is perfect for vacation in the Orlando area, great location and very comfortable. It accommodated our party of 9 no problems with a great pool and hot tub. The villa feels like a home it is that well presented and clean. Lynda is very friendly and helpful, cannot recommend highly enough.
Comments: We contacted this owner with a request to try and accommodate 3 families in 3 villa's all in the same area. We all ended living next door to each other, it was perfect. The accommodation provided is just great. Huge villa loads of room, great decor in the bedrooms. The games room is fantastic. The Jacuzzi is of course poisonous to children (well that's what we told our lot). There are books dvd's everything you need to have a fantastic holiday I would recommend this villa and owners to anyone. The location is brill. literally 2 mins drive is the 24hrs Walmart for all those midnight snack attacks and the 192(the main road) has loads of eating places after a hard days assault on the parks
Comments: Simply put, if your plans are to visit Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios. This is the best and hottest ticket in town. We had 2 families, total of 6 people, Plenty of bathrooms, towels etc. More than all the comforts of home. Just beautiful in every way. The family enjoyed this visit to Orlando more than ever. Great people to work with, absolutely hassle free. A bargain to beat any Hotel, Motel anywhere.Bring your laptop, pack light, as the washer and dryer are there,( leaves more room for Disney goodies to carry home) Wal Mart real close for food and everything else one could need or want.Just minutes from all attractions!!! This was our fifth trip there but our first in this Villa, but not the last.Goodbye to shabby Hotels and Motels, this is the very best.. Try it and you will agree. Comments: The house was great. It is close to all the major attractions. We went to Disney, Seaworld, Gatorland, Kennedy Space Center, Pirates Dinner Show, Fun Spot, and Wonderworks during our six day stay and still had time to enjoy the luxuries of the house. The pool and game room were a major hit for the family. The convience of Wal-Mart being so close made it nice. We went to Wal-Mart on a daily basis and it was nice not to have to get on a major highway. Lynda is great to deal with and will respond quickly to any questions. Would recommend this house to anyone vacationing in the Orlando area.
Comments: Our Best Florida Vacation! We owned a timeshare in Orlando for 10+ years and staying here far surpassed our stays there. Lynda is an absolute gem to deal with - always fast to respond and always pleasant. We were a family of 5 and decided to use the home by ourselves this year. The location is excellent - no attraction is more than 15-20 minutes away, and there is so much within 1-2 miles as well. The fact that Walmart is within walking distance means food and supplies are close and cheap! The Home is beautiful, the neogborhood is quiet and it feels like you're at home. The pool is perfect for our kids and of course the hot tub was a joy to have at the end of the day. We were all very sad to leave. I have no doubt we will be staying here again, and I will recommend it to everyone. My thanks again to Lynda and her family for making our trip wonderful. The Portunes Ned, Lisa, Grant, Erin, Jack
Comments: Loved It!! Loved It!! Loved IT!!! the owner LYNDA Meryrick was a pleasure to deal with and she and her management company went out of there way to make our stay very enjoyable!!!!! Beautiful home in a quiet, well groomed & secured neighborhood!!! My kids LOVED the GAMES ROOM and POOL!!! My wife and I LOVED THE SPA/HOT TUB!!! All our Friends want to book this place now and we plan on booking for 2 weeks again next year!!!! BOOK IT YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!! THE PIERCE'S ANDREW, MARLO, XZANDER, JAXON & ADDISON!!!
Comments: We highly recommend this villa for vacations near Disney's parks. We were a group of 10 (3 families). Everybody enjoy the place. The kids had great time in the pool and we had the opportunity to relax in the hot tub. What a great week! For us, it's sure we won't go back into small hotel rooms after tasting this type of smooth leaving! Thanks to Lynda and Mark to give us such an opportunity!  |
