Country of residence USA Comments: On a recent cold, snowy day in the midwest U.S. I stumbled upon Limahl on YouTube and what a pleasure it was hearing his awesome voice again! While in college, I bought the LP extended mix of Neverending Story and I must say that rediscovering it now makes me realize how much I have missed it. Reliving my 1980s bliss during which I must say this song was one of my all-time favs. Thanks for the happiness it has given me and the opportunity now, to be able to reconnect to that wonderful feeling. Your presence just blew the other band members away for most of us, no wonder you decided to go solo after news had it that you were rejected from the band because of your overly flamboyant nature. Rubish, it was because they were insanely jealous over your popularity and nothing else, we knew that. I still get goosebumps when I listen to The Neverending Story although now I'm 60 years old and you are 53. In a way, the story is vaguely how many a young gay guy might invision or dream about living out their life. You are such a very talented and still extremely charming guy. Kudos for you!!!
