City Perth - Dianella Country Australia Comments: The Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel was a fantastic holiday experience during our recent stay in sunny and beautiful Kuta - Bali - Indonesia. My wife Lisa enjoyed every minute of our stay and especially our young daughter Eva (2yo) who loved running about the gardens and lawns, playing on the swings and splashing about in the fantastic kiddies pool. The staff at this wonderful hotel in Bali were exceptional as no matter what the request, at any hour of the day or night, the staff were always very polite and very helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble, even when you have a mischievous and curious 2 year old to deal with at the time. I have already relayed my satisfaction regarding our stay at the Discovery Kartika to most of my family and friends and will be returning as soon as time allows with them the next time we visit Bali. Should you enjoy a family friendly oriented hotel, appreciate great service with a smile and prefer a super convenient oasis hotel in a busy Kuta - Bali then this is the place for you. City Bangkok Country Thailand Comments: I just came back to Thailand in this night and I think of this place all the time. I love Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel so much. I feel like that I'm home. My english and local language are so bad but everybody in DKPH try to make me understand and I really feel glad to stay all the time. I can tell myself that when I stay in DKPH I don't want to go to see around Bali because I feel about Bali in this place. Thank you to do the best for me... I promise that I will go to DKPH again... Great breakfast, poolside lunch terrific, dinner delicious! Very clean,super friendly and obliging staff. Will stay there again! Only negative, bad hair dyers!! But hey! I was on holiday and do I REALLY need a hairdryer!
City Melbourne Country Australia Comments: Thank you so much to the Discovery kartike Plaza Hotel...Despite my daughter and myself not receiving our bags from the airlines, we still managed to have a fabulous time on our short break thanx to the wonderful staff, beautiful surroundings and the many available facilities at your fantastic resort....Most particularly a massive Thank You to the front desk staff who followed up the progress of our lost bags with the airlines everyday, nothing was ever too hard for them even when they were extremely busy.... We loved the Discovery Kartika Plaza so much we have come home and re-booked a Villa for Christmas with the rest of our fsmily..

The staff and everything about the resort were amazing and the kids loved every minute of it. You could not ask for a better holiday destination.
