Then she asked herself if she felt that JESUS would save her daughter...and beyond a shadow of doubt, the answer was "YES!!!" After all, JESUS SAVES!!! A feeling came over me, and I was in the SPIRIT...(1 Corinthians 2:12-13)"Now we have received,not the Spirit of the world,but the Spirit who is from GOD,so that we may know the things freely given to us by GOD.Which things we also speak not in words taught by human wisdom,but in those taught by the Spirit,combining Spiritual thoughts with Spiritual words..." Comments: Dear Wayne, I just love listening to you, my soul reverberates like a tuning fork with your teachings. I want to encourage you to keep on with the message of Jesus. Today was excellent as well. How can we tell if something from Jesus is timeless or for the moment? Context, context, context. Go in to town and you will find a man carrying a water pitcher-for the moment. What I say to you, I say to everyone, watch-timeless. Experience also is vital.The more you study the better you will be at identifying error. You have 30 years under your belt : ) I remember listening to John DeBrine ( I know you like him too), he once said that the body of Christ he was aware of would never make it through the tribulation. Hinting at how out of touch they were. Christians need to be made aware that they are to go on to maturity in Christ. Paul says are you not acting like "mere men", they were carnal and far from "kings" he calls them later on. We get our great adventure park pass and then walk around aimlessly. But some of us are listening and aspire to maturity. You are doing a fine job so keep it up. The world is desperate to see mature christians and so is Jesus. Since being SAVED in March of 2009, Time has appeared to slow down, and what was important prior to SALVATION, now seems to be of less significance. Everything has taken the back seat, and JESUS has taken the wheel. I have been attending a CHRIST-centered church, and have been getting involved at the church by taking a Bible study and Discipleship.I'am a faithful listener to your show "Let's Talk About JESUS," and look foward to the daily fellowship! Every day I find myself being blessed, in some way, shape or form. As a CHRISTIAN, it is such a blessing to be able to get away from the world for an hour each day, and hear some "GOOD NEWS." JESUS CHRIST has given me a new heart, and he is restoring all the years that the locust's had eaten. "Thanks be to GOD! Comments: I am so thankful for Loving Grace Ministries and I just want to say GOD BLESS all!!! I am having great trouble finding a church and Lets Talk about Jesus is my "church". I accepted Jesus Christ as my lord a few years ago and again recently but I get turned off to church when they are preaching the Bible and mix in world news or political platforms hinting as to what the Rev. wants the congregation to stand on issues. Comments: Thank you for your excellent comments today. I was grieved at that comment by a noted Christian leader. My supervisor had lost all respect for this leader since these comments were made. I had to say to him that not all evangelical believers would agree with him. I agree that loose cannons give a bad testimony of Jesus Christ. Comments: I heard wayne speak for the first time a couple years ago when he began to broadcast over WLIX radio on long Island and when I first heard him I was like here we go another blah blah preacher with his own point of view.But since I made a commitment to my lord to listen to christian programming so i could have Jesus being fed to me all day instead of the world. And I continued to listen and I Have been nothing short of blessed and I wish More men were as dedicated to the Lord as wayne and not hearing themselves preach or looking for a new twist to bring the people. I now listen to Wayne everyday and i am blessed everyday by his Genuine heart after the lord in fact I look forward to hearing him everyday. He is the highlight of my Christian listening everyday!
