I would like to pass on to all candle makers outside the USA, that bitter creek uses UPS services to send your delivers. They send you the estimated cost for the delivery. Once the product gets to you, in my case Ont Canada, UPS then adds on a large broker fee. In my case the product I purchase coat 120.oo dollars and the total cost of the delivery was nearly 100.00. I really enjoy the products that i receive from BC, but now realize that it cost to much to deal with. BC should indicate that their shipping supplier charges this fee. Sorry BC must look for a company that understands my concerns and looks after there customers.

Hi,

I have a funny story to tell you about.  I have used bittercreek fragrance oils for years.  They are the best.  I tried other companies but always return to bittercreek.  I did find a firm I thought had oils as good or better that bittercreek but they were expensive.  But I did not care I wanted the best.  I am talking about Wick you Wax fragrance.  I bought from wick you wax and then several months later bittercreek bought the company.  Now I can still buy anything I need from bittercreek.  The base lineup of bittercreek is very good oils at great prices!  If you need a little extra go with Wick you Wax.  Them buying Wick you Wax tells me they know good oils and make sure to get the best.
Thanks
Greg

I was given your company name as a favorite site of a soap maker for fragrances.  I am interested in ordering but I am wondering if there is a list of safe fragrances for soap making.  Could you please let me know how you denote safe soap fragrances.

Thank You,

Diane E.Bottcher

Hello, Well, I have to tell you that this order is a mission of mercy. My 85 year old mother is in crisis because she is running out of her bitter creek lotion smelling like Lilly of the Valley.  I got her started on this lo ton some time ago, and now I am responsible for keeping her supplied.  LOL  But I love it.

Your products are wonderful. I use my lotion every night for my feet.  I will be ordering from you for a long time, that is for sure.    IN love and light  Char
