Great show last night. All of the performers were excellent as we knew they would be. Highlights for me include Ray singing Tears, Amy and Teresa filling that cathedral with their angelic voices, Larry's always brilliant singing and playing, I could go on & on.
I was impressed with the size of the crowd and very glad that it was as full as it was.
I looked up and in-visioned Levon looking down at the gathered fans and fellow artists, him smiling with approval and thankfulness in his heart.
Thanks for letting us share in this tribute to a great artist and human being and we cannot wait to see you again at the barn. Dave T. Nazareth, Pa.

Subject Sept 21 Midnight Ramble

My wife and I came in from Tulsa, OK just to experience the Midnight Ramble, and it was everything we thought it would be, and more. The evening is still playing in my head. It had been on my bucket list for years, and after the passing of Levon, we wanted to make sure we paid our homage. I am 65 and used to listen to Ronnie Hawkins and the Hawks play at our school dances in Tulsa and other gigs in surrounding areas during the early to mid 1960's. The Midnight Ramble and the entire crew were extremely gracious and warm hosts. I only hope we can come back in the near future. Many thanks. Bruce and Sara O'Connor

I'll be there tomorrow and I'm very much looking forward to it! I'll be flying in from Dallas to see the show. I've seen Levon perform (2010) as well as Roger Waters, Joe Walsh and a few of the others. I bet this will be a magical tribute! I really do hope that Randy Ciarlante will be there, as it would be great to see him perform along with Garth Hudson and Jim Weider. The Cate Brothers would also be a nice addition. I'm really looking forward to it and am excited for my little 2 day trip to New Jersey!

Longtime follower of The Band, Levon especially. Today I am in Woodstock heading south for the show on Wednesday. Stopped by and paid respect to his grave site. Would love to see the Ramblin' Barn, but want to respect their privacy. Left a note in the mailbox.
Very excited for Wednesday night....glad to be a part of it. Levon's music is legendary and some of the best in history. Unfortunately, never got to see him perform live, but his music will continue on in my life forever! Thanks for writing my favorite songs in Rock N Roll

I am so looking forward to the show at the Izod. Staying at the Hampton Inn near the venue but am tempted to drive the 2 hrs to 160 Plochman Lane that day so we can ride the bus with y'all to the show. Sounds like a blast!
Have to fly back home on the 7th so we cannot attend the recently announced show at John Gill's place that day -Darn! Please schedule a show for Saturday at the Barn....

Just got my ticket today for 10/3 show! So glad my bud Dave told me that he had an extra one. We've tried to make a Ramble so many times but that never happended. With Levon's passing, I felt such an emptiness in my heart and soul that still hurts today. When I listen to The Band's music anywhere - anytime, I can reflect on my most memorable times growing up - I have so many of them being a child of the 60's. Levon, Rick, and Richie...you are all so-so very missed by everyone who had you touched with your music and may you live forever in our hearts.
