Our project goes on......!!

This is our FINAL project!!
 
 
Dear friends and fellow Tohoshinki Lovers!!
 
As our previous secret code project completed successfully,
we once again would like to invite all of you to
participate our FINAL project!!
We decided to send a separate "Special" flower to Tohoshinki
in congratulating them for their dream-come-true Tokyo Dome Final concerts!!
 
After all the hard work our boys have been doing to make this
event come true, we believe they deserve all our support
and love through this project, don't they??
 
Those of you who missed to participate our last project
now have an opportunity to participate in this FINAL project.
 
OUR NEW DEADLINE is June 10th.
 

HOW to participate:
 
How exciting!!
What is different from our last project is that
this time, we will make a scrap book made by your
message cards to go with the flower!!

Please prepare your message card by using
the business card template.

The message card should include at least the following info.;

1) your name
2) your country or state
3) message to Tohoshinki

 
 

HOW MUCH to donate?
 
You can choose the donation amount from below.
(Increment of US$5.00)
 
level 1:   $5
level 2:   $10
level 3:   $15
level 4:   $  ____   (more than $15)

**Special Priviledges A**

Level 2 and up will be automatically entered to our special drawings.
Winners will receive a small surprise from Japan!!!!
The reason why we don't make any "original" forum goods to
ship to all the participants is that so that we can maximize your donation for the use of the project alone.
We hope you'll understnad this.  (Although we are very thankful
to each participants for your financial sacrifice just as much.)
So far we consider 20 winners.  (More participants, the more winners
we might increase...^^)
 
Possible small prize currently in mind includes:
 
Some concert goods from Japan, or
Concert photos from Japan, or
DVD copy of Japanese TV program Tohoshinki appeared recently,
and so on....
 
 
It's just a token of appreciation for your generous donation.
We will do the drawings in May, and winners will be announced
in here.  Goods will be shipped in July because we will try to
buy goods in Japan at the concerts as prizes.
(They might be both official and non-official.)
Remember, more than $10 donation is required to be eligible
for this drawing.

   our project blog where we update all the progress on the project,
   and upload all the photos, and so on to keep you posted.
 
   Prize winners will receive a notification e-mail from us.
 
   Please send us your message card as attachment by e-mail
  with your confirmation number as title.

 

 

HOW TO PREPARE A MESSAGE CARD

SIZE:    W88.9mmxH50.8mm (W3.5inch x H2inch)
         or 1050x600 pixel

FORMAT:  jpeg, GIF, word document, etc.

HOW:   We'll send you two templates as soon as we receive
the notification of your donation. 
You can insert pictures anyway you want it, if you'd like.
If you prefer it by handwriting, you prepare one manually,
and then scan it, and send us the scanned image. 

Otherwise, send us your typed message, and we will put your
message nicely on the business card for you.

Please send me your file no later than June 10th, or
it will not be included.

Update:  06/01/2009

Please read the recent exciting incident as follows!


At Fukuoka concert, our member found Junsu's parents sitting a few rows ahead of her.
She greeted them, and went back to her seat.  All of a sudden, she
thought of our project wristbands for them.
She went back to them, and handed them our project wristband. 
Although our member didn't speak any Korean, they communicated
in gesture.  She tried to explain that we made the wristband to support them, and Junsu's mom seemed to understand, and gestured "so I should wear them in the wrist, right". 
She could see from her seat that Junsu's mom willingly wore it
during the entire concert, while clapping and waving her red pen light.
Junsu's parents left the seat during the end roll.
As they walked by her, she thanked them for wearing the wristband.
Junsu's mom smiled back at her, as she walked upstairs.
She assumd Junsu's mom went to backstage.
That means, our boys will notice Junsu's mom wearing the wristband!!
How exciting to just imagine that!!
 
All the project participants will receive those wristband!
We will send them to you as the project finished.  So please be patient!
 
THose who plan to go to Japan concert, ask our wristband, and we'll
send them to you in advance.  ^^

HOWEVER  there was a disappointing problem.

We were told that such flowers from corporate or other artists are accepted, and ours might be rejected at the concert hall.
Avex and Bigeast FC couldn't guarantee the acceptance.
Instead of taking such risks, we decided to deliver it directly
to the Bigeast office/Avex.   It cannot be rejected.
Besides our gorgeous preserved flower should not go unnoticed
by the members.  They may bragg how much fans overseas 
even support them during the tour in Japan!!  Just that little
thought is so exciting!!

along with the flower arrangement when  the flower arrangement delivered.
According to the amount of donation, the font size used for your name

Participants will be informed the link and password
to our project blog for Bigeast and International fans, where
we post all the updates and the process of the project.

So far we've already started receiving donations from
Japanese fans.  Regardless of the total donation amount,
we will persue the project and the flower will be sent to the
boys!!

【Update 4】 Date 04.14.2009

As of today, we collected $217.10 from overseas fans, and approx. $300 from Japanese fans.  All will be used to flower material and delivery.  If we have enough money left, we might
use them to send another flower for conglatulating on their very first 2-day TOKYO DOME LIVE. 

Participating countries are;
Canada, USA, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Argentina.

Do you see your counry?? If not, it's not too late for you
to be the first one from your country!
