I don't know if you remember me, but you were kind enough to deliver a care package for my daughter in Taiwan. I check in every now and then to see how Rudd is doing and to see how your China adoption is going. We brought Gracyn home shortly after you brought Rudd home. I hope you're doing well! I'd love to hear from you. We still have a LID for China too.

Hi there! I have been keeping track of your website for years (ever since you started it for Sianna). We adopted a two year old from China, three years ago. Shortly after that, I was diagnosed with MS, so we are not able to adopt from China again. We are now thinking about adopting another boy from Taiwan. Would you mind sharing which agency you used and how it went? We were thinking of working with ASIA, but then I remembered that you adopted Rudd. Thank you so much!Laurie Matthew

I was writing to inquiry if your family would be interested in hosting a Taiwan student, for the upcoming 2009-2010 academic school year.
I currently work at Forte International Exchange Association (FIEA), a non-profit organization, designated by the State Department to be engaged in student exchange. Our students range from 15-18 years old and have been selected and personally interviewed to be apart of our exchange program.

What an amazing story! I read every page and could really picture you in this situation. You did such a great job of just letting yourself feel what you felt and not be apologetic about it. Parenting is the hardest job I've ever had but the most rewarding too. You've made good choices to get help when you need it and support from family and friends. It's not easy!

Linda--I just read your updates that Jen sent to me. I remember so fondly you and Jen as roommates at Landmark. How wonderful it is to read about your new family. It is so wonderful the love you have to share with Rudd. It is heart wrenching when you described the heartaches of Rudd's original rejection. But now, how blessed you are to have such a darling son who can share that love with you and your husband. Please know you are in our thoughts and we love reading your updates.
