Where were all these players mentioned at the start of the season they all jumped ship to Rhos ! When players like Winnie, Stan and Kev Smith are signed by Bowyer but taken off him by Jackson for the 1st team
Comments: I would just like to offer my family's condolences to sherman who lost his father Jim tonight, as a mark of respect to him and his family the res will wear black armbands and we shall hold a minutes silence to offer our respects for a loyal friend who is grieving the lost of a great man. my thoughts are with you and your family my friend.

Comments: THE REAL FACT FOR YOU IS: Penycae in the senior playing side in a real sad state of affairs. No matter who is to blame and who is manager the reality is the reserves are shocking and played 12 and lost them all comfortably, the 1st team who incidentally are managed by whoever turns up last (or so it seems) cannot rely on any reserve team players the help them out of there own sticky situation as they are simply not good enough. You can fact on about what Geraint (who is a great lad) has done but the FACT is he has won NO games and if your totally honest does not look like winning any soon either. Even if he does manage to poach a few players from Rhos reserves then how much difference will this make. The problem is the club needs new blood, not the ones that were not good enough really last season. Andrew Bevan, Steven Reece, Farrar & Liam are thriving in there play at the moment cause they are playing at a club where they feel welcome and not constantly getting stabbed in the back by the snipers. As Bod said in his post this back stabbing is rife at Penycae and that is one of the reasons he would not manage the 1st team. Best to stop the bickering with Rhos and amongst ourselves, pull together and move forward.
Comments: the same players as we had last season!!!!! and still finished long way off our neighbours in reserve league. yes gez is great to have in but we have no points, and if reecey ,farra ,liam etc came back we still wouldnt be good enough, rhos reserves have a number of players who could be playing 1st team football somewere else fact
Comments: Fact liam did sign for huw last season but it was Gez WHO MADE SURE HE SIGNED AGAIN!!!!! Fact churchy may not have played in every game but rhos won 75% of games when he played Fact farra is one of the best tacklers in the league and bevan has scored 7 in 10 so how can these players be average. maybe for a higher level but in the res division more than capable. Fact ian bowyer signed all that crap at pen y cae res and gez was the only one brave enough to take on the challenge, or the res would have probally folded. but not a word was said about ian bowyer in his first 7 games played 7 lost 7. Fact gez has played 4 lost 4 two of which are top 2 sides with only 10 and 11 players and one of them went to extra time after a 1-1 draw. cut the young lad some slack. Fact he might aswell build for next season now since everyone thinks he will take them down, little do proper fans know the 21 day rule for signing players from clubs, in which if he signs a player from rhos ie churchy he cant sign another player from rhos for 21 day hence no farra liam bevan or reesey.im sure if he can convince these sort of players to return pen y cae will be force again.
Comments: Sir Alex long time no speak, of course as always you are correct in pointing out that knowledge is everything but as with the managers you have named having a healthy buget will even outweigh the knowledge,the proof is in the facts all WNL winners in recent years have paid their players and for purely selfish reasons long may it continue.
Comments: to rafa benitez: Rafa have you gone mad? even if i was in charge of penycae i would struggle to sort the reserves out, liam was signed by huw rowlands and i am led to believe churchy has played in less than half of rhos's games, i wish gez davies all the best but unless your gareth reece roberts, steve walters, colin parry were you no a lot of good players at reserve and 1st team level then your not going to work miracles farra and bevan are average players in a reserve league these are FACTS Rafa unlike yours

Fact He has managed at senior level before infact at the age of 18 he took over at johnstown res and took them from rock bottom to 5th Fact he has been assistant manager to rhos alewyd youth for 2 years. Fact he was assistant manager this term for rhos alewyd res Fact he brought in farra churchy leon bevan jeff liam Fact he is more passionate about the game than anyone i know Fact he has a foul mouth and bad temper but which player manager doesnt Fact he has played and managed in this league for years so knows everything there is to know. FACT HE WILL TURN THE RES AROUND BUT NOT OVER NIGHT!!!!
