Comments: i have not been on for a while but after reading the comments put on this guestbook relating to the great dai bando i felt that i have to have my say on this matter.dai along with stuart do a tremendous job on that field and it would,nt matter to them if we played sat---youth------or sunday football on that top pitch because they know it would be looking good the following week, perhaps other people do not want other games to be played on there but not stuart or bando,but being a big penycae fan i do think that all games youth----first team or reserves should be played in penycae at penycae football club.
Comments: Ive read some of the comments that have been placed on here regarding Bando and the commitee and i think its a joke. Without the hard work they put in this club would be no where near the standard that it is now. Lay off them or if you think you could do better show up and help out they are always looking for more help around the club. As for Bando's tea well its nowhere near the standard of mine  .COME ON THE CAE
Comments: Nothing wrong with the quality of the sessions you two put on Gez/Gaffa,but it has to be attended better.Less than 50% turnout from the first team is a woeful statistic and a clear indication of where the team find themselves.But I digress so to end on a lighter note the fencing around the astroturf is not high enough when some are practicing learning to shoot.
Comments: I THINK YOU MISS-UNDERSTOOD THE CONCEPT OF MY QUOTE, SO LET ME BREAK IT DOWN FOR YOU. I was praising the squad for a good turn out under poor conditions, who ever though it was a bad session tell me what your not happy with and i will try to introduce your ideas in the following weeks. I was not after brownie points, but for the first time since my return i saw great improvements in lads attitude and determination. For the people who turn up for training you will know that myself and gaffa have been working on developing the squads fitness, with shuttle runs, jogging, sprints short and long and agility work. If we continue to work hard in training and focus on our goal and put the things we practice in training into matches then our situation will change sooner rather than later 1 person has signed from rhos and made a massive impact in his first game so how is this a backward step? more young lads are signing on every week so surely that is the way forward. you can criticize match performance, team selection, tactics and formations that's down to me no wins, draws or points since i took over, and a 9-0 and 11-1 thrashing to go with that but like i said before i will strive to do the best i can and I'm sure gaffa the same.
Comments: re bando is god. your exactly right the club wants to go forward not backwards. and by losing bando or any of the commity for that matter would be so grow up and be constructive on here

Comments: just been told reserves game called off on sat cos bando said reserves not playing on that pitch,nice to see commitee with both teams,why not just have 1 team then you dont have to worry about your beautiful pitch and just have your bottom 4 1st team playing on it.
