i would like to say a big well done to our u12's for
yesterdays win in their semi final against brickfield
they have now got the final to look forward at the racecourse

also a big thank you to all the people who helped out on the day a special mention must go to our director of traffic john(the warden)rowlands

Evening all!!......Just a quick note to let you all know that the brand new Penycae Website is now up and running for you all to have a look at and give some feedback if possible!

Still some things that need finishing touches such as Junior pages but I welcome all supporters, players, managers and committee members across all senior and junior teams to sign up to the website and select relevant status of membership!

Just like to say how well the under 15s played today against a venture side a year above them.They never once looked out of place and i think played the better football,if this is the future of the club then bring it on i say,Your all a credit to the club and have a great manager aswell i wish you and Penycae fc a very happy xmas and a successful new year.

Glad to see your both as enthusiastic as ever - great to see you both enjoying your adventure into management ,if your commitment off the pitch is as good as I saw it on the pitch you'll both do well.
Great to see you a few weeks ago against druids , you've got a good backroom team up there now with doddy and Sedgy

Unfortunately our game at the weekend against Chirk has been cancelled. I am disappointed as I was really looking forward to the clash, but next year we will still approach the game in the same manor an hopefully get into the next round.. Myself and Gav can close this year off on are positive note having played some encouraging football in last week’s game with are number of regular players missing due to work commitments. May I take this opportunity to wish all people connected to Penycae fc are Merry Christmas and look forward to seeing you all in the new year…

Re goalies........ often too easy to blame 'em...... although I am biaised being dad of reserve goalie Chris C! They have to make split second decisions and get the vast majority right - never blast them when one goes wrong.... sympathy for Mike.

Chris spilled one against Chirk the other week and he was punishing himself for a week afterwards - his only major error since joining Cae.

I'll give the reserve squad, Stan and Gav their due - no-one got at him for it - that's the sign of a good squad

I watched Mike in training - looked a strong shot stopper and needs full support. Don't have him thinking about decisions - they need to be made in a split second.
