location: West Houston - Lakes of Parkway Comments: Mark is an extremely hard worker and very dedicated to his job and committment to his clients. He placed mastic in our large back patio, driveway and front walkway in the peak of summer last year and powerwashed the same. He did a great job, came back to check on it after it was done and came back to fill in some "sink holes" that had developed. His communication skills are great. He is prompt to reply to either email or phone calls, very courteous and very professional. He gave us a great quote for the work. I'm happy to give my business to someone like Mark rather than the bigger companies where you are treated like a "job" rather than a person.
location: Houston Texas Comments: Mark helped me out when i was in a jam on a large apartment complex pool. The task was not as easy as he first thought, there was old wood expansion joints that were 2 inches wide that had to be removed as well as some brand new wood joints he had to remove so the entire project would match. He stuck around and helped me out as much as he could and then stayed until after dark with a flashlight to finish the project. (THATS COMMITMENT !)
