location: Missouri City,TX Comments: Mark was extremely professional from beginning to end. Mark came out and gave me a quote. The work was done with precision and care. Mark takes pride in his work and it shows. Our driveway looks brand new and we are very pleased with the work. I would recommend him to others. Mark is extremely personable and his price was reasonable.
location: Ft. Worth, Texas Comments: I purchased the D.I.Y Mastic kit to repair the joint between the decking and the stone bordering my pool and hot tub. I was quoted prices of between $4.50 to $6.00 a foot. With 140 feet to do I decided to go the "do it yourself" route. The product is an excellent value and instructions are very clear and easy to follow. I would like to caution those D.I.Y's out there that surface preparation is about 70 % of this job. Removal of the old mastic down to clean stone and clean concrete is where all the work is. I used a linoleum knife, a 4" angle grinder with a dewalt wire brush, and a wire brush to remove all traces of the old mastic. Safety goggles , knee pads and good leather gloves are also necessary. Once I had the surfaces prepared, application of the product took about 4 hours. I estimate that I saved about $500.00 bucks by doing it myself. If you have a strong back and you are not afraid of a little work, you can do this. GMS.
location: USA Comments: I had my entire driveway, patio, and sidewalk done about a month ago. Mark and his team were professional, thorough, and quite easy to work with. As a testament to their dedication and customer satisfaction, however, we noticed that there was one, 16" strip of expansion joint that had inadvertently been left and not replaced. I called them and within 36 hours Mark and his assistant were at my house correcting what I noticed a month after they had done the work - no questions asked, just work done - and with a smile I might add. I highly recommend Mark and his team for any of your work - I know you will be more than satisfied. Reynold
location: Sugar Land Comments: We have a U-shaped driveway that serves as the entrance to our home. The wood was coming out of the joints and weeds were a constant battle. We had Mark do our drive joints and it really looks great. I appreciated Mark's quick response and he delivered on time and the driveway looks great. Now the entrance to our home is one that looks beautiful. 
location: West Houston / Memorial Area Comments: We needed the pool coping seam and pool deck expansion joints caulked. The expansion joints were rotten and I don't believe the coping was ever sealed when the pool was built. I had several parties come and quote the job but Mark impressed us with his prompt, friendly response, informative web site and fair price. Unlike a lot of contractors that I have dealt with, Mark quickly returned our phone calls, did the job when he said he would and above all else, did a great job! We were so pleased with the results that we got Mark to do our entire driveway the following week. Our 40 year old driveway looks great now after Mark pressure washed the entire surface and caulked the seams and cracks. Thank you! -Brian |
