Phebe was born in Hemford NS in 1840. Not sure where Alfred W Knox came from Halifax or Lunenburg county, he was born around 1847.? Alfred or Phebe may have been related to the Nickersons of Great Hill. They owned land on Great Hill Queens County,that was left to them by Sarah Nickerson b.1821 in Great Hill.Alfreds parents were George and Amelia Knox.
