I went on six dives with him while getting my advanced open water certification. He is a fantastic instructor, patient and knowledgeable. If you plan on diving in Maui, you MUST call Scuba Gods.
Where are you from? Lake Stevens WA Would you dive with Scuba Gods again? ABSOLUTELY!! Comments: I made the best decision this year to finish my PADI Open Water course doing referral dives with Jay. He is very professional and really put me at ease right away. I was surprised how comfortable I was going out in the open water and running through the skills we had learned in the pool. He was a very thorough instructor and safety was top priority. On the dives Jay pointed out marine life to us that we probably never would have noticed on our own. We had snorkeled the same area for fifteen years and not seen many things he showed us. In fact, we had so much fun that my husband and I came back for a shore dive with him to see the caverns with White Tip Reef Sharks and lots of turtles. We had a BLAST!Jay is a wonderful instructor and he keeps it really fun. We will be diving with him on our next Maui trip and we can hardly wait. We definitely recommend Jay and Scuba Gods!!
