Comments: Kia orana koe e John manea taau website. I absolutely enjoy reading about my homeland Rarotonga and the rest of the Cook Islands. It's very interesting & don't get bored with it, and get a buzz especially when I'm an ocean away from home. Enuamanu is where my grandmother is from the Ngati Tamatoa. This is the best website about the Cook Islands I have come across and what's written about the Cook Islands even the photos, I've recognised some family members makes me proud of who I am and where I come from. Meitaki ranuinui kia koe e John, Tonaau
Comments: What a wonderful website. We have been going to the Cooks Islands yearly since 06 and always have to scamper around various websites to get all the info we are looking, particularily updated info on wi fi or new services and things to do in the islands. This is an absolutely fantastic one stop shop for all the practical info (internet access, bus info etc) As well as been informative about history, culture and poplulation and then beautifully blended with places and things of interest, Well Done. Warm Regards, Simone ![]()
Comments: Hi there, I have just come across your website and am very impressed. It is the best site I have seen about the Cook Islands. We have been to many of the Cook Islands and around the Pacific in our yacht the Southern Cross. We are now based in Rarotonga, have set up a company here called Sail Rarotonga and this coming season will be our first one here. We are doing two hour sailing trips from Avatiu harbour taking people out on the water to see the amazing landscape of the island from the water and the sunset. We are available for all types of trips including trips to the outer islands and are looking forward to the coming whale season when we will be doing whale watch. We took a few people out to see the whales last year and the trips were loved by all. We are hoping to work with the new "whale centre" which has been totally remodeled to include a theatre, exhibition centre, history section, cafe and playground as well as live exhibits of coconut crabs etc and will be giving people information and education about the whales. We have just started a web site http://www.svsoutherncross.co.nz and would love to be included or connected to your site in some way. We are very enthusiastic about the future and look forward to hearing from you, Regards Paul & Chrissy Green S.V. Southern Cross Sail Rarotonga Ltd |
