Comments: I'm a professional photographer and I was lookng for an expensive telephoto lens taht I was quoted 890 CYP for here in Limassol. ipelagos did not have it on their website but after sending them an email they replied within an hours confirming that they had in stock and could ship immediately. It was Monday I found this website on Google and on Friday morning I had my lens delivered by FedEx saving myself 340 CY pounds!!! What a joke the prices here in Cyprus are. It's good that websites like this exist to open our eyes. Oh well~

Comments: My order exerienced 1 day delay here in Cyprus to be delivered than it was planned but I still got my package in 2 business days. I ordered on Friday, planned delivery was Monday and I got it on Tuesday afternoon. I am leaving this feedback because I'm impresses. And the customer service probably the BEST in the internet.

Comments: Cannot complain with ipelagos's service. They are doing an excellent job updating you at every step on the way and reply to all your questions super fast, even midnight hours. However let me give you an advice for which I was a little upset. When you order with USPS then this is basically the post office (tahidromio). Since it's express mail the package does arrive here in 3 days BUT be careful if you want to get it with no delays. My tracking number showed me that they attempted a delivery in the morning but they did not. I had to call them to find out what happened and they said that they would actually try to deliver next day and leave a note an dthe trackign number was a mistake. All I'm saying the Post Office here could cause you delays for no reason at all. not very professional. But the positive side is that it's cheap compared to fedex. Comments: I ordered my new Nikon D80 body on Tuesday July 10th with fedex shipping and received it on Friday July 13th. I could barely believe that it had come from CA to here in Limassol that fast. This is not my first purchase with ipelagos, as I ordered a watch almost 1 year but during this last year their service improved dramatically. ipelagos has been one of my best online shopping experiences for certain even though I'm buying a lot of things online. Will definitely come back again!
