Bill and I were firends and sales managers at the same time.  He was an ispiration to me and many others but mostly he understood how I felt and assisted with suggestions to take off the stress.  He won the "Starline Good Spirit Award" some years back and I always thought that said it all.  I will always be endeared to him and grateful for his time in my life as I know so many others feel the same.  I recently won the vendor rep of the year award and IMCO and I quietly have dedicated it to him!
Love you Bill!
Willa

Bill was the "life of the party" always at HIDA or our Henry Schein meetings.  He was so much fun to work with.  I am saddened by his passing and hope that he is at peace and can be with us in spirit forever.  Condolences to his family.

Bill made trade shows fun -- I never knew they could be until I spent time with Bill.  Bill's sense of humor was legendary, creative and unforgettable.  I feel very lucky to have been in the same place at the same time with Bill Charnow, a man who knew that business and life should be based on friendship as well as loyalty.

The words I always loved hearing from Bill was, "Jeff, I have lead for you."  However, the words from Bill that create the best memories and for which I will always cherish usually started with, "A Priest, a Rabbi and a Minister walk into a bar....."  God Bless Bill Charnow.

Bill was one of a kind.  I can’t say we always agreed on everything, one thing is for sure Bill never held back and always shared his unedited opinions.  He was an incredible advocate for Hausmann and his customers.  But I feel his greatest accomplishment was his passion for life in his work and play.

RSI goes back over 35 years with Hausmann. For the last 21 years, we worked with Bill. We always found him to be an honest, knowledgeable and very pleasant person. My last memory of him was capably manning the Hausmann booth at the HIDA Convention. He will always be in my memories.

Bill was a one of a kind guy who made everyone else's day a little brighter if you were fortunate enough to cross his path. I knew him for many many years and we shared many a story and a laugh. He was one of the industry's really good guys. I will personally miss him and so will our industry. RIP my good friend!
