Comments: Thank you for sharing your story with us. We just accepted a referral of a 2 y/o beautiful little girl. We have a 6 y/o daughter and are thrilled that she will finally have her mei mei. Comments: I loved following you trip to China and the updates. Claire is so adorable and looks like she has transitioned so well. We have loved adopting an older child-our Ella is so much fun and she is doing still so well after almost five months. I look forward to future updates...Ella loves to see the older children with their families and asks to look on the computer to "peek" in on their lives...she does enjoy the story of Claire. Comments: Hello, I love reading all of the beautiful stories about all of the beautiful children and families. My daughter and son in law are LID 10/06 and the wait is just too long for everyone. They have under gone several fertility treatments and were successful with a twin pregnancy, only to lose beautiful boys at 5 months. No one should have to bury their children, and our hearts break still after 3 years. I don't want to burden you with our sorrow; but sometimes it still needs to be mentioned. Thank you for allowing me to vent a little. I also have a 5 year old grandaughter with the name Claire; such a beautiful name for a beautiful girl. I hope that your Claire is blessed with health and happiness, and by the looks of her she already has been. I have a question : where did you purchase the cute doll that Claire is holding in the picture? It is very difficult to find Asian dolls that look as cuddly. Thank you, God Bless

I'd love to know: how she is adjusting, attaching issues, & things you'd do differently looking back now ... I ask b/c my husband & I are on the sn list at our agency and unfortunately people on our agency website don't talk too much about adopting older children thus the questions.
