I have a No Kill and No Cage shelter with 200 feral cats , open and in a wood , just like you , only not so beautiful as the Caboodle Ranch.
I know so well how it is to have a shelter with feral and abused cats. What they need is love , feed , open air and a quiet live without stress. And all that, you give them.
Cats become sometimes illnesses , just like humans. I care for them , just like you did.  But what Peta , ASPCA and people that never have take care of this kind of cats , will not understand , is that a cat that have a not treatable illness like kidney disease , chronic sniff etc. can live for many , many years without pain , but , they don't look as show cats. 
So what ? A kidney cat has a fluffy coat and a chronic sniff has always a dirty nose. But they are just as happy as the other cats. Sometimes they let you know one day , that it is enough and the vet comes to euthanized them , but other characters will die without human intervention. Humans are suppose , always to die without human intervention. Why cats not ?

I have seen a lot of your video's and spoke people that visiting you ,it's just like in every No Kill , No Cage center where love and good treatment for the animals stands in the first place. Not all the animals are 'showing' animals. Some are old , some enjoy their last weeks , but the most of them look good and happy . And the most of them never needed a vet after they are neutered. They life healthy and cat worthy.

Peta is an evil organization for pets. Their philosophy that pets have to die before they maybe be abandon , abused etc. is a repulsive philosophy and with this philosophy they have killed millions pets. ASPCA is going the same way. Both organizations had a good name in Europe. Peta because of their investigations in labs and ASPCA because of their documentaries on Animal Planet. But both turned off. People started to realize that they are evil organizations , only good for the donation button but not for cats and dogs.

You give in you mail an explanation of Tommie that ASPCA abuse for their donation button. I have wrote a article for our group on Care2 (that supports you ), about Lilly.

Only you can tell me more about Lilly but the story what Peta use for their donation button can not be true. I am strongly convinced that they conscious pictures have changed and misused to deceive people.

I want to let you know that I and a lot of other people in Europe support you and we will do anything to reopen the Caboodle Ranch. We can not comfort you personally but we do our best with mails to authorities , petitions, articles and inform people about what Peta and the ASPCA really are for organizations. for pets.
Peta has a lot of power in the US , we know they have started by closing the Caboodle ranch a crusade against No Kill shelters. Peta has non power in Europe neither the ASPCA , so we can speak free here , without fear like lot of No Kill shelters in the US have now.
Maybe you will let me know what we can do more for you besides raising money.

Thank you Craig   this is just to let you know that i am in support of what you are doing. I  You have some of my cats  due to an illiness i had back in 2008 . I have since  got my health back along with  a lot more cats and kittens.   I tell everybody I do not have any they have me when they ask how many cats do you have I am well known at the walmart on lem tuner .  I firmly belive that Cats are People too.  and i love them  and they love me I can tell . May God bless you Craig  James
