Where are you from? Louisiana Comments: I have 5 kitties and love them so much that it's hard for me to read about what you have been through at your ranch. I hope and pray that your cats are returned to you and that you are allowed by the silly government people to open up again. I know there will be plenty of volunteers to help.

Great work keep on doing that. I have cats too at my home 5cats 2womans and 3guys, nomather what we (my mom and i) would never put them away they stay with us untill they die! I really love cats they are such a great loving animal and if buy my own home i also want cats, cant live without them. Thatscats why i love what you do for the cats. Great work, i respect all you do for the cats. And if i go to america ill come by to visit the ranch if its possible. Where are you from? Welch, Minnesota Comments: It's a shame that PETA and the ASPCA claim that they have the animals' best interest at heart. They are screwed-up in their thinking on this one. They need to focus their efforts on REAL travesties .... like puppy mills, dog and cock fighting, wild animal captivity, poaching of protected wild animals, baby seal clubbing, whale harvesting, polar bear and tiger demise, culling wolves and Mustangs in our own American West, inhumane 'fur' farms, etc. etc.... the list goes on and on ..... WTF is wrong with this picture ???

Where are you from? Moulton, Alabama Comments: You are in my prayers. I currently have 10 cats of my own and 7 dogs. I had wanted to create a similar sanctuary at one point. This really upsets me greatly. I understand the happiness the kitties can bring. They are definitely family. Try to keep your head up, I know it's hard.

Where are you from? Minnesota Comments: I grew up in Florida, lived in Baltimore City, Md and currently reside in Minnesota. I love all animals but adore cats and I feel that the Caboodle Ranch is one of the best rescues I've ever seen! I'm heartbroken that the furry little balls of love have been taken, injured, maybe even euthanized, when they were so happy and free. I wish Craig and all the kitties the best! If some have been adopted into furrever homes, all the better, but I hope things can get back to normal. I don't know what I would do without my Puddin!

Portland, OR Comments: Craig, My husband & I have followed The Ranch for several years, & have been watching all this awfulness while holding our breath since March; hoping & praying that things would be restored to the way they were... My heart is breaking after reading your latest journal entry. I wish so strongly that I could waive a magic wand & just erase this whole mess: take away the pain & misery you're feeling, bring back the kitties & happy days at the ranch, & make everything right & whole again. I know it probably feels like cold comfort at times, when so many things are so horribly wrong right now; but *please* know that you're not alone, that there are thousands who support you & believe in The Ranch & know that it *IS* a beautiful thing, that you're a wonderful person---a rarity among the stark ugliness of "humanity", & that there are so many who aspire to follow in your footsteps & carry on your pledge of kindness & love to living creatures. If there were a way to reach out across the miles & give you a big hug, I would. Please hang on, hang in there, & don't give up---we know the truth, & we believe in you!!!!!! Hugs & Purrs...
Where are you from? South Africa, Port Alfred Comments: My friend Nicolene (a big cat lover) told me the story and thought I just had to check it out. Amazing what you did! I cannot believe that the SPCA would take the cats away from you, you are taking good care of them and giving them love and most importantly a home! What are they going to do with them? Not get homes for them and at the end of the day put them down? But all I can say to you, AMAZING!! You have a heart of Gold! |
