I like representational sculpture when it is done right, and Kirk portrays very moving and emotional pieces.  The fact that our oceans are being jeapordized and some of it's creatures are on the brink of extinction amplify the message of it's beauty in kirk's work.

Kirk's sculptures are absolutely amazing! Stunning! I wish I lived near him so I could see them up close and in person instead of just online. I also wish I had the money to buy or commission one. Sadly, none of that applies. I am poor and far away.
