I want to take time to say how happy I am to be back coaching the FALCONS that I know very well. I look forward to meeting new players and  working with current Falcon players. We as Falcons must have HEART,DEDICATION,LOYALTY, and COMMITMENT. If you have these qualities, we're ready! Heart will win THE championships.I guess it is true; ONCE A FALCON, ALWAYS A FALCON!

It doesn't say much about Coaches when they attempt to take players from other teams that are already established. It doesn't say much about Coaches strategy when they try and pull players from exsisting teams.

To my fellow Falcons, and to the new Falcons. We have always been a contender, a force to be dealt with and a Championship team. This is the year to bring a Championship back to Wichita Falls. We have the tools and the skilled players to do so, there is no reason why we can't be the Champions that we are. Lets change some things from last year, RESPECT, if you want it you have to give it. If you can't listen to the suggestions of those that are in the position to give them (Coaches), then don't return/join this organization. We can always learn from one another, that is what being a team/family is all about. Last year is over, we came close, but close don't put rings on your finger. Offense we have your back, lets destroy all those that have the misfortune of having to play against us. Defense, do what you do(enough said). Lets get that swagga back, lets take pride in our Team, Team Owner, Coaches, each other and the city for which we play for. Let's be examples for those little ones that may one day want to full fill their dream of playing football, let's not destroy it. Once a Falcon always a Falcon. Nate Jones #5 Safety.... I vote "Yes" if there are not going to be that many teams in the NMFL.....We've been successful in the TUFL before.  This is an ultimate owner/manager/coaches decision, but from a player perspective, if there are sufficient teams in the TUFL and the playoff/championship possibilities are there, then let's do it.....
