I worked with Susan helping create a drug-free workplace for the John S. Knight Center. She cared very deeply for this city and the people she employed. This is city is truly losing one of its greatest advocates, and she will be truly missed. Thank you Susan.

Susan was such a warm and wonderful lady; always ready to help anywhere she could in making Akron known for it's possibilities. She will be missed by many people in our community, and beyond.

Thank you, Gracious Lady...you will be missed.

I am saddened to have just learned of Susans passing.

When I was with Diebold, I was Susans first sales call when she started at the Convention and Visitors Bureau. She was the driving force in selling Summit County as a top tier destination. As a result of her efforts, we brought several large events to Akron.

She was a great partner, community ambassador and friend.

God bless you Susan, you are loved and missed.

Susan was a great leader and ambassador for Akron & Summit county.  Her constant involvement in the community should be an inspiration to all of us.  My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and her friends at the Convention & Visitors Bureau.  She will be truly missed.

Susan - We will always be grateful for your passion when leading this community and telling the story of Akron! We will be grateful most though for your smiles, kind words and hugs. You were a great friend that has left a legacy that will never be forgotten!
