Comments: Greetings, My name is Gordon Hollingworth and I would love to become one of your roadies YOU KNOW WHY :D I wanna learn about Ambrose his highs his lows his legacy.
Comments: Wondered what you were doing in late 60's and 70's
Comments: Your sound and emotional intensity on songs like Simplicity was remarkably miles above the shallow flower power puff of the day. Heaven forbid the female adolescent Disneyesque soundtrack musicicans and singers today should have your soulfulness and groove. Thank you for your musical statement and legacy.
Comments: Yahoo, getting old, getting wise, wonder what comes next?
Comments: I just bought a used vinyl copy of "Volunteers". You guys sounded great on it. I first realized who you were after renting a DVD "West Pole". I really wish you had more material out there; great harmonies. Love and happiness to all of you and your families. Rick
Comments: Saw you at a Canyon Benefit Concert at St Mary's College head-lined by Country Joe and the Fish. I was a kid back then, having moved from Montreal to California (1968, when I was in grade 8). I'm not sure what year it was that this concert was held. I do remember one band whose female vocalist was also a belly dancer who was quite far gone into pregnancy. I also remember you lot – although I seem to recollect there were only four band members on this occasion – and how the whole audience fell in love with you. Frumious Bandersnatch (normally quite a popular band who used blow bigger bands off the stage, such as the Grateful Dead on one occasion) were almost booed off the stage when they came up to play their set, because everyone wanted you lot to come back on. I managed to pick up a few badly recorded songs from iTunes a few months ago. Before that, any web search for Ace of Cups would turn up everything but the band! Nice to know you're still around. Hope you're all still true hippies into every good cause going and haven't done like so many of your generation, degenerating into neo-conservative libertarians! I might even still have the poster from that concert kicking around somewhere – badly coloured in with felt pens if I recollect correctly. Are you lot on Facebook at all?
